Mr. Kosian is the engineering discipline leader/supervisor and has more than 25 years of experience in design and construction services for civil engineering projects. He is a registered engineer in 12 states, including all of New England, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Since joining Beals and Thomas in 1985, Mr. Kosian has been responsible for development projects entailing more than 2 million square feet of office/R&D development, and over 1,000 residential units. His experience includes commercial developments, residential developments, manufacturing plants, athletic facilities, health care facilities, hotels, and utility infrastructure projects. His significant experience in field engineering and construction has rendered him highly sensitive to the practical aspects of engineering design, project management, constructability and cost.

Mr. Kosian has also been engaged by public and private sector clients to review the work of other consultants. He has provided engineering review, construction observations, and expert testimony for public and private entities within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in Connecticut.
