Mr. Buckley has over 30 years of surveying experience supporting public and private clients. His experience includes all aspects of surveying from complex coastal urban redevelopment projects to resolution of vague rural boundaries.

Since joining the firm in 1985, he has been a leader in the implementation of advanced technology in the field of land surveying that enables Beals and Thomas to deliver timely, quality services. Mr. Buckley collaborates with the legal, design, and construction teams to provide solution-based services from due diligence to project closeout.

Mr. Buckley's project involvement has included services to support the deregulation of public utilities, including surveys for multiple sites allowing for transfer of ownership and development and construction of new facilities valued at $750 million.
