Ms. Odone joined Beals and Thomas at its inception in 1984. She plays an integral role in all administrative aspects of the business with a primary focus on business development, finance, business management, and human resources.

Oversight of project accounting systems and monitoring of the firm's business development efforts are the key areas where Ms. Odone's extensive knowledge of the consulting engineering industry are applied. She performs client interviews and surveys to assess the delivery of Beals and Thomas' professional services. This client interaction has served to provide her a unique perspective on the needs and best ways for Beals and Thomas to serve its clients.
