 Eric J. Las, PE, LEED AP

Mr. Las is responsible for project management, civil and environmental design, and permitting for multidisciplinary land development projects for industrial, commercial, and residential clients. He has experience with pond and stream ecology, wetland creation, and design and documentation for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) Green Building Rating System.

Mr. Las provides stormwater management planning and design, hydrologic analysis, hydraulic system design, site layout and grading, earthwork analysis, value engineering, water and sewer system design, septic system design, sight distance analysis, utility infrastructure design, cost estimating, subsurface investigations, bedrock well drilling, and construction administration including oversight and guidance.
