Mr. Feeney has over 10 years experience in design and construction services for civil engineering projects. He is responsible for the project management, civil and site design, and permitting of multidisciplinary land development projects for industrial, commercial, and residential clients. His responsibilities include hydrologic modeling, stormwater management design consistent with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Stormwater Management Policy, site layout and grading, construction cost estimating, utility research and design, earthwork analyses, water and fire protection studies, site work specification preparation, construction administration, and air quality analyses.
