For over 10 years, Mr. LaPointe has provided a variety of site planning tasks that include site visits and research to support land evaluation and planning efforts, as well as the preparation of design plans and exhibits to support our project teams. He is responsible for the preparation of permitting and construction drawings, including development of site layout, circulation, grading, and landscape design. He has managed several complex projects including master planning and permitting for redevelopment of a former state hospital, campus improvements for a private secondary school, and landscape assessments for numerous clients. In addition, Mr. LaPointe, a former member of the Norfolk Planning Board, is familiar with the municipal processes of Massachusetts communities.
