MARY-ELLEN ODONE, TREASURER

Mary-Ellen joined Beals + Thomas at its inception in 1984. She plays an integral role in all administrative aspects of the business with a primary focus on business development, finance, business management, and human resources.

Oversight of project accounting systems and monitoring of the firm's business development efforts are the key areas where Mary-Ellen's extensive knowledge of the consulting engineering industry are applied. She performs client interviews and surveys to assess the delivery of B + T's professional services. This client interaction has served to provide her a unique perspective on the needs and best ways for B + T to serve its clients.
