- Medical Insurance - coverage for all
full-time employees and their eligible dependants.
- Dental Insurance - coverage for all
full-time employees and their eligible dependants after 30 days of employment.
- Vacation - all full-time employees are
eligible for a minimum of two weeks paid vacation.
- Sick Time - four days are provided each
year for full-time employees.
- Holidays - all full-time employees are
eligible for 11 paid holidays per year.
- 401(k) Plan - coverage for all full-time
employees
- Life Insurance - all full-time employees
are covered by a term life insurance policy after 30 days of employment.
The policy is equal to two times their annual salary up to a maximum
of $150,000, plus an equal amount should the claim be due to accidental
death or dismemberment.
- Short-term Disability Insurance - after
30 days of employment, all full-time employees are eligible for short-term
disability insurance, covering 60% of their base salary up to a maximum
of $400 per week for 13 weeks.
- Long-term Disability Insurance - after
30 days of employment, all full-time employees are eligible for long-term
disability insurance, covering 60% of their base salary up to a maximum
of $6000 per month.
- Educational Assistance - all full-time
employees with six months of continuous employment are eligible for
up to $1,500 annually in tuition reimbursement. The company will assume
full financial responsibility for any courses/training in which they
request an employee to enroll.
- Professional Development Fund - each
staff member is allotted $500 annually to attend workshops, seminars,
and professional meetings that they feel will be a benefit to themselves
and the firm.
- Registration Reimbursment - the firm
will cover Massachusetts professional registration fees for all professionals.
Registrations for other states may also be covered.
