A master plan development project was undertaken by Bentley College to relocate key athletic facilities to accommodate the construction of residential buildings and support facilities. Beals and Thomas coordinated with Bentley College to develop a phased master plan including relocation of existing facilities, staging areas, and construction of new facilities. Newly constructed facilities included a student center, (2) dormitory buildings, parking deck, baseball stadium, multipurpose athletic field, tennis courts, and a stormwater management area.

Our scope of services included assisting with the development of a sequencing strategy that enabled five major construction projects to be undertaken while allowing normal campus activities to continue. The schedule and logistics of relocating existing parking areas and athletic fields was highly sensitive to the needs of the college and students.
