Beals and Thomas is providing JPI, Inc. with design and permitting services to support the renovation of Jefferson Hills, Jefferson Village, and Jefferson Terrace apartments located along Route 9 in Framingham. 

Built in 1966, the three apartment buildings were previously called Edgewater Hills, Edgewater Village, and Edgewater Terrace.  Covering nearly 40 acres, the combined properties provide 279,000 square feet of living space.  Enhancements include construction of new clubhouse facilities, and landscaping, parking, and common amenity areas.
