Beals and Thomas, Inc. prepared the definitive subdivision plan, as well as individual site plans, for the Worcester Corporate Center, which is situated on about 87 acres in West Boylston and 5 acres in Worcester.  The project involved permitting and development of an office/R&D facility planned for a total build-out of 750,000 square feet.  The site work entailed extensive permitting in both municipalities and required an Environmental Impact Report filed with the state. 

After construction of the park infrastructure, Beals and Thomas, Inc. performed site planning design services for a number of companies that decided on Worcester Corporate Center for their local base of operations.
