Beals and Thomas provided feasibility analysis, site design, civil engineering, permitting, construction observation, and survey services to support the development of Sunrise of Wayland, a 59-unit assisted living facility.

The overall design accommodated various environmental constraints while responding to other natural features of the property. Incorporated elements included stormwater management, a subsurface sewage disposal system, and construction of erosion and pollution control measures. Extensive landscaping and site amenities enhanced the classic Victorian architecture, increasing its aesthetic appeal while buffering the facility from surrounding commercial and residential land uses.
