Situated within the boundaries of the Westborough Office Park, the 193,000 square-foot office building is a landmark of excellence in the areas of design and site planning. It is a successful example of how new, larger office programs can enhance the character of existing office parks while maintaining the balance of design, environmental, and financial issues.

Beals and Thomas performed site planning and engineering services, permitting procurement and construction services for this project. Our project team was challenged by several issues including difficult site topography and subsurface conditions while working to achieve five major project goals: flexibility for both multi- and single-tenancy, design excellence, visibility, environmental sensitivity, and cost effectiveness.
